  • When can I start using Simple Rota?
    We're letting venues in a few at a time so we can help each one get set up properly. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when there's a spot.
  • What will it cost?
    One simple monthly price per venue, with unlimited staff. We'll confirm pricing before you're invited, and you don't need a card to join the waitlist.
  • Is there a mobile app?
    Simple Rota works in any modern phone browser, so staff don't need to install anything to see shifts, confirm them or request swaps. A native app may come later.
  • Can I run more than one venue?
    Not yet. Simple Rota is built for single-venue businesses at launch. If multi-venue matters to you, tell us when you join the waitlist and we'll prioritise it.
  • How many staff can I add?
    Unlimited.
  • Does it integrate with payroll?
    Not directly at launch. You can copy weekly hours and labour cost from the dashboard report. CSV and Xero export are on the roadmap.
  • Where is my data stored?
    On encrypted EU servers (Supabase, region eu-west). We follow UK GDPR, and you can email support@simple-rota.com to request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
